6 Jurus berkenalan dengan pramugari di dalam pesawat terbang

“Ini mas minumannya, selamat menikmati”. Mbak Mira demikian namanya tersenyum ramah sambil mengulurkan segelas jus apel kegemaran saya. Dara manis dengan garis wajah yang begitu Indonesia ini adalah seorang pramugari maskapai penerbangan nasional kita, rumahnya di daerah Mojokerto dan bercita-cita untuk mengajak ibunya jalan-jalan ke Australia. Sayang saya belum minta izin ke beliau, jadi ndak bisa mengunggah foto manisnya yang sedang tersenyum.

Yang namanya pramugari pesawat itu selalu menarik untuk dilihat dan bagi sebagian besar kaum adam pasti juga menarik untuk diajak kenalan atau ngobrol. Problemnya adalah kadang kurang PeDe karena mungkin:

1. malu
2. ambil penerbangan pesawat malam dan badan bau apek karena belum mandi sore
3. nasib memiliki penampilan diri yang ancur.

Nah disini saya coba sharing pengalaman untuk bisa ngobrol dengan para mbak pramugari tersebut. Sharing ini diutamakan digunakan oleh para adam yang jomblo, boleh juga digunakan oleh yang sudah berkeluarga asal bukan untuk tujuan nambah istri. Ngobrol dengan wanita cantik kan bukan selalu untuk jadi pasangan toh, masih banyak tujuan yang lain … nawarin MLM atau asuransi mungkin :)

Sharing ini juga bisa diaplikasikan ke hal yang lain, ndak harus berbicara dengan pramugari. Bisa saja ngobrol dengan seseorang di tempat umum untuk keperluan sekedar mencari teman, menambah kolega bisnis atau yaaaa … jualan asuransi hehehe

Harus ditabok dulu baru “Niat”

Memiliki berat badan ideal mungkin adalah salah satu resolusi abadi yang selalu ada dalam punch list saya setiap awal tahun. Layaknya seorang project management professional, beragam rencana aktifitas lengkap dengan detailnya melengkapi resolusi tersebut untuk bisa dicapai. Don’t trash watermelon rind, it is good for our health

watermelon-sliced_10330_600x450When we talk about watermelon, our mind will think about a red sweat and juicy fruit. Because of it’s taste, watermelon edible is often consume directly or combine with other fruit/ingredient as salad or cocktail. In contrast, outer pale flesh of watermelon, or rind, being trashed even before it is being served. I do the same, until today when I read a facebook status of my friend who say about his vitality boost and weight being reduced after consuming watermelon rind.

Recovering for work overnight

Lately I often work overnight, more than 1am in the morning normally or even worst 3am. These changes my sleep behavior somehow, also affect my stamina on next day. So I try to consult with Google on best  way to taken care my body with this circumstance and really the only recovery option I should do is getting enough rest

Manage our stress against traffic jam

DSC00436Driving in big city can be frustrated when jam is on our way.  Worry to be late reach our destination on time, angry with other driver behaviour or sometime unable to go to toilet and know the closest possible is about 1 hour ahead, those are some experiences we may get when dealing with jam.

Busy, no time for burn calorie? Read this

As an employee who spend most of time at office, I assume workout is a luxury. After office time will be too valuable for going to gym and weekend definitely already dedicated to my family. However, I manage to do some “exercises”  by changing some of my daily routine activity.

Leave your car

Instead of trap 2 hours on traffic jump and get stress about it. Try to leave the car at garage on day or two within our working day. Use public transportation or more extreme, walk. My apartment is about 5 kilometers from my office, so when I decide not to drive, I have to walk from my place to nearest station and then from end station to my office. Fresh air in the morning and the hectic of people walking from one place to other will help us a lot to enjoy our walk.

Give rhythm to our walk

Another trick I use is by increase my hearth beat when I walk by give more rhythm on my step. I always manage to walk faster and faster every 10 minutes, and reduce it whenever I almost reach my walk end.

Use stairs instead of elevator

This one also good practice, burn more calorie by using stairs.

Squeeze

Sometime we get stress because of our work. When I felt stress what I will do is find something and squeeze it hardly. Buy a squeezer with spring on it and squeeze it hard until our stress relief.
